Vocaliser Joseph Cotton is at his ruffest here alongside Paris crew Liquid Wicked (aka Von D & DUB-4) on the nice-'em-up buttons for 'The Governor'. This track causes serious dub-heavy damage on the dancefloor, and comes backed up with a flip featuring a dutty stripped down riddim by Twisted, with an infectious mutating groove.
